Earn Remotely (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website at earnremotely.io — a curated job board listing remote opportunities sourced from companies offering remote-first opportunities globally. By accessing or using our website or subscribing to our service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our paid service. By subscribing you confirm you meet these requirements.
We offer two subscription plans billed through our payment partner:
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. All prices are shown and charged in USD. Your bank or payment partner may show the equivalent in your local currency; any currency conversion fees are your responsibility.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at support@earnremotely.io. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods once a billing cycle has begun, except where required by applicable law.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge at support@earnremotely.io. We will review your case and issue a refund if the charge was made in error.
Registered users who have not subscribed may access a limited number of free listings. The number of free listings available and which listings are included may change at our discretion without notice.
Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. We do not store your card or banking details. Our payment partner handles all payment data in accordance with their own security and privacy standards.
Applicable taxes may be collected and remitted depending on your jurisdiction. Prices displayed on our site may be shown exclusive of tax; the final amount charged will include any applicable taxes.
We manually review every listing before it appears on the board. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of any listing. Job openings may close, roles may be filled, or listing details may change after publication.
We are not a party to any employment relationship between you and any employer. Applying for a job through a link on our site is solely between you and the prospective employer.

All content on Earn Remotely — including text, design, curation, and code — is our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our prior written consent.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any job listing will result in employment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of a mutually agreed forum.
