Earn Remotely Pro is billed through our payment partner. Payments are processed securely and order-related inquiries — including refund requests — can be directed to us at support@earnremotely.io.
Your subscription renews automatically (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan) unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you’ll retain access until then, with no further charges after.
If you believe you were charged in error, or wish to request a refund for a recent charge, contact us within 14 days of the charge at support@earnremotely.io. We will review your case and issue a refund if the charge was made in error, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
