Earn Remotely (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates earnremotely.io, a curated remote job board for global talent. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

When you register, we collect your email address and any profile information you provide (name, LinkedIn URL, current role). This is stored in our database (Supabase) and used to manage your account and subscription.

Payment data

We do not store your card or banking details. All payment processing is handled by our payment partner. We receive confirmation of payment status and subscription period from our payment partner; we store only whether your subscription is active and when it expires.

Usage data

We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and operational purposes. We do not sell or share this data.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and maintain your account and subscription
• To send transactional emails (subscription receipts, password resets, job alert digests you opted in to)
• To display personalised content (e.g. filtering preferences)
