• •Systems. Manage the relationship with our matter management and e-signature platform vendors, and oversee integrations and configurations, such as approval workflows. Help colleagues get more out of the tools.

• •Process improvement and automation. Identify manual processes, design more efficient ways of working, and drive automation through to delivery.

• •Documentation. Keep process documentation up to date.

• •Experience designing processes that handle high volumes of payment requests and documentation accurately.

• •Confident working with large datasets and spreadsheets.

• •Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
